What you will do
- Provide exceptional member support (80% of time): deliver meaningful solutions, swift responses, accurate information, and transparent guidance via email, chat, and phone callbacks.
- Master the French healthcare system and B2B partners' needs to create human-centered experiences.
- Dedicate 20% to Care projects: identify improvements, analyze data, lead implementations, and build high-performing teams.
- Drive process excellence, member empowerment initiatives, team structures, and cross-community product innovations.
- Guide and inspire team members while shaping the future of Care at .
Requirements
- Master French and English at full working proficiency (written and spoken)
- Genuine passion for helping others and solving challenges with empathy and calm presence
- Confident with technology and digital tools; comfortable with email, chat, and phone interactions
- Take initiative, thrive in collaboration, and enjoy turning ideas into action
- Home base in France (fiscal residence)
