Location: Hybrid role in Casablanca office (4 days in office, 1 day remote from home). Must possess legal right to work in Morocco; no relocation or travel assistance provided.

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategies for long-term customer relationships, guiding enterprise clients through success milestones and product adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers and Support to resolve issues and advocate for new features with Product team.
- Monitor usage data to demonstrate value, improve customer health, and boost adoption rates.
- Serve as escalation point for complex technical and non-technical queries, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Identify upsell opportunities and support renewal management for revenue growth.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in English, French, and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 2+ years in customer-facing role (Customer Support, Success, or Account Management), ideally in SaaS.
- Analytical mindset for complex issues and data tools to measure customer health.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication to build trust with stakeholders.
- Legal right to work in Morocco; familiarity with Google Suite and Zoom.
