What you will do

• Deliver 1:1 virtual coaching sessions on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and work-life balance
• Educate and empower clients to set and achieve wellness goals through behavior change techniques
• Maintain session notes and track client progress using the coaching platform
• Collaborate with internal team for client satisfaction and best practices
• Participate in optional group workshops, webinars, or community events
• Stay current on evidence-based health and wellness practices

Requirements

• Active certification from recognized organization (e.g., NBHWC, ACE, IIN, AFPA, Duke IM, FMCA)
• Minimum 3 years coaching experience, preferably with adults or corporate clients
• Strong background in health behavior change, motivational interviewing, and holistic wellness
• Excellent communication, listening skills, and compassionate approach
• Tech-savvy with video conferencing and coaching tools
• Comfortable working independently in fully remote U.S.-based setting

Nice to have

• Experience with Fortune 1000 or enterprise clients
• Additional credentials in fitness, nutrition, stress, or mental health coaching
• Bilingual or multilingual (Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.)
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant digital health platforms
