What you will do

• Host engaging virtual volunteering, team building, and wellness activities for corporate partners via Zoom.
• Welcome and inspire participants while supporting nonprofit partners in facilitating online sessions.
• Manage Zoom administrative tasks including breakout rooms, waiting rooms, and chat moderation.
• Ensure a smooth event flow by troubleshooting technical issues and assisting the lead facilitator.
• Capture event highlights such as screenshots and participant feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• English fluency required
• Background in acting, comedy, improv, or professional public speaking.
• Experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a computer with a webcam.
• Flexible availability to host events.
