What you will do

• Implement, configure, and deploy global IAM programs and projects for clients in an agile, continuous delivery manner.
• Define requirements, implement control-based business processes, and handle end-to-end access certification with validation procedures.
• Provide management oversight of IAM processes and controls with 3rd parties.
• Interpret architecture, designs, and requirements to develop IT security solutions spanning multiple technologies, businesses, geographies, and user types.
• Engineer and design IAM platforms, solutions, and services, including application integrations.
• Train clients on IAM implementations and work with management across lines of business.

Requirements

• 7+ years implementing, configuring, and deploying global IAM programs.
• Hands-on experience with multiple IAM platforms, protocols (LDAP, AD, SAML/OIDC), web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP), databases (MSSQL, MySQL).
• Advanced understanding of business processes, internal controls, risk management, security, and IT standards.
• Experience engineering IAM solutions and integrating applications/services.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft IAM platforms (Azure AD, Entra ID).
• Familiarity with NIST security frameworks.
• Scripting skills (JavaScript/Python).
• Program/project management expertise, facilitation, communication skills.
• Global SI/Big 4 consulting experience (Accenture, Deloitte, IBM).
