What you will do
- Serve as the highest level of technical support for clients.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and technical issues across healthcare imaging systems.
- Implement software solutions in cloud-based, virtual, and physical environments.
- Support integrations with PACS, RIS/HIS, EMRs, and third-party healthcare IT solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to knowledge-base documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful installations and service resolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting or implementing PACS or similar Healthcare IT software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Deep understanding of DICOM, HL7, and IHE standards.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMWare.
- Technical proficiency in SQL Server, networking (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN), and scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
