What you will do

• Champion safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate daily preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across manufacturing assets like mixing, coating, assembly, and utilities.
• Optimize maintenance plans, spare parts strategy, and work instructions to support uptime.
• Provide technical guidance on mechanical, electrical, controls, and robotics issues.
• Track KPIs like uptime, MTTR/MTBF, and manage work orders in Maximo.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and EHS for continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• Technical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent in industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics).
• Significant experience as maintenance or technical operations specialist in manufacturing or development environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, robotics, and automation.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
• Experience coordinating work across technicians and priorities.
• Availability for off-shifts, weekends, holidays, and PPE in lab/manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of lithium-ion cell manufacturing processes.
• Experience in development, pilot, or startup environments.
• Maximo and maintenance planning tools experience.
• Background in RCM, TPM, or similar methodologies.
