What you will do

• Lead and supervise Maintenance Level II and III personnel.
• Troubleshoot and repair dies, fixtures, and electrical/mechanical production equipment.
• Execute preventative maintenance checks and inspections to minimize system downtime.
• Modify equipment to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and reliability.
• Perform welding and metal fabrication tasks.
• Train operators on the proper and safe use of equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum of a trade school degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of related experience in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand essential ladder logic diagrams.
• Proficiency with PC-based maintenance management systems.
• Ability to plan, layout, and construct basic production equipment.
