What you will do
- Identify and curate lists of high-potential emerging creators weekly, aligning with brand aesthetics, values, and customer psychographics.
- Analyze creator engagement, audience quality, content style, and growth to spot breakout talent.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align selections with product launches and campaigns.
- Source contact details and support outreach or introductions for partnerships.
- Maintain active watchlists and deliver qualified leads with 80%+ brand fit alignment.
- Track trends, subcultures, and formats to present fitting creator examples.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and evaluating emerging creators across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Deep knowledge of creator landscapes and pattern recognition to spot talent early.
- Comfortable creating and maintaining organized watchlists or databases.
- Strong communication to articulate creator fit and outreach approaches.
- Existing contacts or ability to reach creators via DMs, email, or network.
- 2+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media talent scouting.
Nice to have
- Previous work with fitness, health, wellness, or performance brands.
- Relationships with influencer agencies or creator collectives.
- Experience in DTC or e-commerce brand marketing teams.
