What you will do

• Own full lifecycle of tenders: monitor RFPs, prepare bids, submit, and track for competitive compliance.
• Maintain and organize contract files, pricing, discounts, and hospital documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams for inputs and tender/contract information.
• Monitor public procurement platforms and identify tender opportunities.
• Evaluate and optimize tender, offer, and contract workflows for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and regulations; analyze and report on tender/contract data.

Requirements

• Business fluent Polish speaker; fluent in English; fluent in German
• Proven experience in contracting and/or tendering, preferably Polish public procurement
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multiple deadline management
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proactive mindset, problem-solving, process improvement focus

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS or tender/contract management systems
• Experience in MedTech, life sciences, or pharma
