What you will do
- Own the integration process of the API-driven platform into clients' ecosystems.
- Troubleshoot recurring technical issues, escalate problems, and drive resolutions.
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on API usage, retention, and growth.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Engineering for optimal client service.
- Identify new technology partners and integration opportunities.
- Design onboarding processes and manage customer expectations.
Requirements
- 4+ years as Technical Account Manager, Integrations Consultant, or similar.
- Experience owning complex API integrations for enterprise accounts.
- Proven handling of enterprise demands and stakeholder management.
- Experience with SaaS products.
- Strong problem-solving in troubleshooting environments.
- Fluency in English required; German strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
