What you will do

• Own the integration process of the API-driven platform into clients' ecosystems.
• Troubleshoot recurring technical issues, escalate problems, and drive resolutions.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on API usage, retention, and growth.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Engineering for optimal client service.
• Identify new technology partners and integration opportunities.
• Design onboarding processes and manage customer expectations.

Requirements

• 4+ years as Technical Account Manager, Integrations Consultant, or similar.
• Experience owning complex API integrations for enterprise accounts.
• Proven handling of enterprise demands and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SaaS products.
• Strong problem-solving in troubleshooting environments.
• Fluency in English required; German strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
