Compensation: USD $24-62.4K based on location and experience

What you will do

• Empower developers, students, researchers, and early-stage AI startups to deploy and scale projects on Featherless.
• Grow the ecosystem by expanding networks of builders, labs, and university communities across Europe.
• Build small examples, demos, starter templates, and reference integrations showcasing open models.
• Represent Featherless at hackathons, community events, and developer showcases.
• Collect and surface developer feedback to shape the roadmap and improve experience.

Requirements

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Comfortable with Python or JavaScript and testing APIs, SDKs, or integrations.
• Interest in AI/ML, LLMs, inference, or open-source developer ecosystems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resourceful, enjoy building end-to-end.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Organized and reliable to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in hackathons, dev clubs, student labs, OSS projects, or early-stage startups.
