Senior Product Manager, NodeOps (Web3): Own and evolve the full operational layer of the NOP network, including tooling, infrastructure, and standards that enable internal teams and external operators to run it effectively. Focus on defining strategy, driving roadmap, and delivering operational infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and reduced manual overhead.

Location: Global and remote-based. Try to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What you will do

• Build infrastructure and operational standards for reliability and scalability of the NOP network powering Chainlink products and serving major financial institutions
• Shape developer and team experiences on Chainlink, ensuring dependable network operations as they scale
• Design operational models and automation to enable efficient network growth and institutional adoption
• Ship tooling for internal teams and Node Operators to accelerate operations and reduce friction
• Establish documentation and standards for the operator ecosystem

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end ownership of infrastructure or operational products in complex technical environments
• Demonstrated ability to automate or reduce manual operational workflows at scale
• Comfortable setting up, maintaining, and improving operational systems and workflows
• Able to engage with engineers on technical infrastructure decisions and influence tooling choices
• Proven structured communications to external partners or operator communities
• Experience operating across multiple stakeholder groups without direct authority
• Track record navigating ambiguity and building structured processes

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, blockchain infrastructure, or node/validator operations
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, or node hardware
• Experience building internal tooling like portals, dashboards, or workflow systems
• Exposure to data science and engineering teams on automation initiatives
