Salary: $175K-$200K base, plus incentives

What you will do

• Source new investment opportunities in targeted Northern California markets
• Oversee the full acquisition process, including due diligence, third-party reports, and closings with legal and finance teams
• Prepare market analysis, underwriting, and deal summaries for the investment committee
• Develop relationships with brokerage, developer, and lender communities
• Establish communication with the Los Angeles home office
• Attend industry conferences and events

Requirements

• 5–10 years of real estate acquisition and underwriting experience across all product types, focusing on office and retail
• Established relationships in the investment sales and brokerage community
• Undergraduate degree in real estate, business, finance, economics, or accounting (advanced degree a plus)
• Strong quantitative, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Team player with problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
• Trust, integrity, and some travel required
