What you will do

• Oversee implementation of account programs, delegate assignments to team members, own key tactics and manage deadlines
• Maintain regular team and client contact, track and measure client results, and market successes back to clients
• Drive project execution, high-touch client communications, and ensure feedback is addressed across deliverables
• Develop drafts of presentations, creative briefs, PR materials, and other communications
• Participate in developing clients’ communications strategies and tactics, collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Support account development, fiscal performance, growth, and partner with agency experts on integrated campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications or public relations
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in pharma, biotech, and healthcare settings on agency or client side
• Experience working at a healthcare PR agency
• Understanding of healthcare and regulatory environment
• Has managed budgets and supervised at least one account employee
• Highly organized, strong work ethic, able to multitask under limited supervision in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience implementing media, digital, and social media influencer campaigns
• Demonstrated experience as a team leader on integrated agency-wide efforts
