What you will do
- Drive revenue management: participate in budgeting, reforecasting, closing for advertising revenue, collaborate on forecasts, track KPIs, and prepare variance analyses.
- Master cost control: build budgets, track Sales Department costs, analyze direct costs, challenge expenses, and report to regional leads.
- Support teams via business partnering: prepare financial updates for leadership, build models for new initiatives, and improve processes including AI use cases.
- Ensure compliance and internal controls: apply procedures, prepare audit documentation, update tracking tools for billing and new technologies, and streamline cross-functional processes.
Requirements
- Excellent communication in French (fluent written and spoken) and good level of English for international environment.
- 3 to 5 years in management control or audit (tech experience a plus).
- Excel expert, comfortable with data and analytical tools.
- Analytical mindset to grasp stakes, prioritize, and challenge.
- Curious, proactive, with strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across sales, tech, and finance teams.

- Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem and video monetization.
- Interest in AI and automation for process optimization.
- Resilience and agility in fast-moving environments.
- SQL skills for data querying.
