What you will do

• Design and implement standardized financial processes for budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and investment tracking across studios and projects.
• Conduct analytical reviews of studio and project performance, monitor cost drivers like headcount and outsourcing, and perform variance analysis.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards for cost evolution, milestones, and productivity; automate reporting and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Document workflows, support process improvements, identify risks, and collaborate with operational, finance, and shared services teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
• Sensitivity to video game industry and R&D cost structures (capitalization, project lifecycle, resource allocation).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a process-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
• Comfortable interacting with cross-functional and international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in process design or reporting transformation initiatives.
