What you will do

• Design mechanical and electromechanical components, assemblies, and systems using SolidWorks CAD.
• Build and iterate prototypes to high fidelity, collaborating with product engineers for production transition.
• Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, and documentation; perform tolerance analysis and material testing.
• Conduct functional testing, develop manufacturing processes, and participate in design reviews.
• Support engineering studies, validation protocols, and statistical analysis for design decisions.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1-3 years hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, prototyping, and product development.
• 2+ years experience with SolidWorks.
• Organized with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing methods like 3D printing, CNC, molding, and casting.
• SolidWorks experience with ID surfaces and electrical subsystems.
• Knowledge of FDA/ISO regulated environments.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
