Focus on supervising hourly specialists, real-time coaching using performance data, and supporting process rollouts to drive operational excellence.
Fully onsite in Robinson Township, PA (Pittsburgh, PA); candidates must reside locally or be willing to relocate. Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts between 8am-9pm EST and Saturday rotation 9am-5pm EST.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end prior authorization journey, monitor queues, reallocate work, and perform quality checks to meet SLAs and productivity goals.
- Step into production during high-volume periods, address workflow issues, and cultivate positive team culture.
- Supervise hourly specialists onsite and virtually, set performance expectations, conduct 1:1s, provide real-time coaching, and support hiring/onboarding.
- Review performance reports, use data for coaching and prioritization, and flag trends or risks to leadership.
- Champion adoption of new technologies and processes, provide frontline feedback, and participate in testing/rollouts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years management/supervisory experience in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with KPIs and SLAs.
- Experience coaching performance and managing employee relations with HR.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking in fast-paced settings, technical aptitude, and adaptability.
- Effective interpersonal skills for coaching, independent work, and navigating ambiguity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Healthcare/Operations Management or related.
- 5+ years as individual contributor in retail/specialty pharmacy, healthcare, PBM, insurance, or claims.
- Understanding of prior authorization standards, pharmacy regulations, and compliance.
- Data-driven mindset with performance metrics analysis.
