What you will do

• Develop high-quality and stable software across all phases of the software development cycle.
• Partner with product and machine learning teams to execute technical strategies for platform scalability.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager on scoping and prioritization of high-impact goals.
• Lead improvements to the overall health of systems and processes within the Product Engineering organization.
• Participate in agile rituals, including sprint planning, retrospectives, standups, and backlog refinement.
• Foster a collaborative culture through pair programming and code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building end-to-end fullstack web applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across written and live interactions.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, NextJS, NestJS, and MongoDB.
• Significant exposure to cloud platforms, primarily GCP and AWS.
• Strong front-end engineering expertise.
