Location: Global hosting and cloud infrastructure environment. Ability to work across multiple time zones and in 24/7 rotation/shift schedules.

What you will do
- Manage enterprise networks: configure BGP, OSPF, MPLS routing, STP, EtherChannel, VXLAN switching.
- Administer hosting services: DNS (Bind, PowerDNS), protocols (HTTP/S, SMTP, FTP), load balancers (Nginx, HAProxy, F5).
- Handle cloud networking: VPCs, subnets, peering, NAT/VPN gateways in AWS, Azure, VMware NSX; support hybrid setups.
- Implement network security: firewalls (Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto), DDoS mitigation, IDS/IPS, Zero-Trust segmentation.
- Develop automation and monitoring: Python/Bash/Ansible scripts, Zabbix/Nagios/Grafana/ELK dashboards and alerts.
- Troubleshoot Level 3 issues using packet captures, Wireshark; handle NOC escalations and customer support.
Requirements
- 3–5 years hands-on network engineering experience, including hosting/cloud environments.
- One or more certifications: CCNA/CCNP R&S or DC, JNCIA/JNCIS/JNCIP-ENT.
- Hands-on with Cisco Catalyst/Nexus, Juniper EX/QFX/MX; preferred Arista/Mellanox.
- Strong English communication for client-facing roles; ability to explain complex issues.
- Scripting in Python/Bash; monitoring tools like Zabbix, Grafana.
- Advanced troubleshooting with Wireshark, packet captures; documentation skills.
