Salary: up to CA$ 130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex multi-application implementations, ensuring successful project execution and on-time delivery.
• Act as a strategic advisor for clients, aligning the platform with their business objectives and privacy challenges.
• Provide practical guidance on operationalizing processes and data flows based on regulatory impacts.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements.
• Monitor platform usage and analyze trends to identify growth and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Represent hirify.global at key industry events and privacy conferences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise SaaS solutions, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of privacy regulations and operationalization; CIPM certification is preferred.
• Experience in data analysis, report creation, process flow design, and platform configuration.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to deliver workshops and presentations.
• Must be based in Canada to serve East Coast and EU clients.
