What you will do

• Develop and execute UXO strategies to boost client conversion rates and revenue
• Contribute to optimization processes, tools, and strategies for better efficiencies
• Collaborate with Intelligence, Content, Design, and Engineering teams
• Create hypotheses, testing briefs, and reports for A/B tests
• Participate in client calls and meetings for UXO presentations
• Research and create information architectures and user flows

Requirements

• 2+ years in UX/CRO/Analyst or related field; Bachelor's in HCI, Marketing, Business Analysis, Psychology, Data Science, or Computer Science
• Strong data affinity and basic statistics understanding
• Strong creative communication skills
• Upbeat, driven attitude for dynamic environment

Nice to have

• Experience with Optimizely, VWO, or other testing platforms
• Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar
• Insight extraction from tests, including failed ones
• Figma experience
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
• UX design experience
