What you will do

• Iterate on user experience concepts and components using wireframes, prototypes, and process flows.
• Collaborate with UX researchers to understand user needs and conduct regular usability testing.
• Work closely with visual designers and developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
• Contribute to design critiques and methodology discussions within a team of designers.
• Apply existing design patterns and style guides while occasionally introducing new ones.
• Analyze data from analytics and customer insights to inform design decisions and key metrics.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma at an intermediate level.
• Strong understanding of UI design principles and their impact on user experience.
• Familiarity with customer frameworks such as personas, journey maps, and Jobs To Be Done.
• Ability to clearly articulate design rationale and concepts to stakeholders.
• Understanding of design nuances across different platforms.
