What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies across organic, boosted, and influencer channels.
• Manage end-to-end social campaigns including planning, deployment, and reporting.
• Lead the strategy and management of boosted and promoted content.
• Collaborate with PR, copy, and creative teams to concept and launch marketing campaigns.
• Partner with Creative Specialists to ideate and produce campaign assets.
• Mentor and lead junior team members through training and deliverable reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of social media experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of practice.
• Mastery of major social media platforms and expertise in paid/promoted social.
• Proven experience leading influencer marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with social listening and management tools such as HootSuite and TweetDeck.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
