TL;DR
IVR Audio and Localization Specialist (CX): Manage large corpus of multilingual IVR audio prompts, QA, edit, post-process audio files, and handle voice talent/vendor relationships with an accent on global scheduling, coaching, style guides, and glossaries. Focus on gathering customer requirements and assisting with human/computer IVR dialogue design and localization.

What you will do
- Manage a large corpus of multilingual audio IVR prompts.
- QA, edit, and post-process multilingual audio files.
- Manage voice talent and localization vendor relationships: scheduling, remote coaching of global recording sessions, preparing orders, coordinating feedback, maintaining IVR Style Guide and glossaries.
- Gather customer requirements and assist with IVR dialogue design and localization.
Requirements
- Strong background in linguistics and principles of conversational dialogue.
- Close attention to detail at copy editor level, rigorous with diacritical marks and spelling.
- Strong communication skills to formulate clear questions for vendors.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Flexibility to attend conference calls at odd hours.

- Fluency in non-English languages.
- IVR (VUI) design experience.
- Library science/cataloging experience.
- Copy editing experience.
- Audio editing experience.
