TL;DR
Senior Hardware Product User Experience Designer (Hardware UX): Designing end-to-end experiences for consumer hardware, firmware, and software across connectivity, product behavior, and keyboard layouts with an accent on systems thinking, visual precision, and localization. Focus on translating technical constraints into intuitive interaction models, creating production-ready keyboard assets, and scaling reusable guidelines through the Logitech Design System.
Location: Lausanne, Switzerland; hybrid work with 2–3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Design end-to-end user experiences spanning hardware interactions, firmware, and software.
- Contribute to platform-level UX topics including connectivity, device behavior, and system interactions.
- Define information architecture, interaction models, product guidelines, and reusable platform standards.
- Design complex keyboard layouts across products, operating systems, languages, markets, and regions.
- Create precise, production-ready layout files and maintain keyboard layout standards, guidelines, and assets.
- Collaborate with hardware, engineering, localization, design system, and platform teams to align constraints and implementation.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing complex consumer hardware products, supported by a portfolio of hardware design solutions.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, including typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver production-ready assets while addressing localization and spatial constraints.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and experience with Figma.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams, with strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
