What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design work from discovery through delivery across new and existing product areas
• Conduct and synthesise user research including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and workflow analysis
• Translate complex product and technical requirements into intuitive workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
• Partner with product managers and engineers to shape solutions balancing user value, technical feasibility, and business goals
• Identify usability issues and drive improvements across the product experience
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and efficiency
• Visualise future product concepts and strategic direction through exploratory design
• Present work to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while advocating for user-centred decisions

Requirements

• 4+ years in UX or product design, ideally in SaaS or complex software
• Strong experience across full design lifecycle: discovery, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, validation
• Design elegant solutions for technically complex workflows and data-rich products
• Conduct user research and discovery: interviews, surveys, usability testing, product analysis
• Break down ambiguous problems and define structured paths forward
• Work closely in cross-functional teams with product managers and engineers

Nice to have

• Experience designing enterprise SaaS, infrastructure platforms, or B2B products
• Contributing to or scaling design systems
• Familiarity with geospatial, engineering, or data-visualisation products
