What you will do
- Install, configure, and test Genesys software.
- Support large implementations of the Genesys product suite.
- Handle daily operations and maintenance.
Requirements
- 3+ years with Genesys Enterprise Routing solutions.
- 3+ years with Genesys T-Server and I-Server integrations.
- 3+ years with Genesys SIP Server.
- 3+ years with Genesys Voice Portal (GVP).
- 3+ years with Genesys Reporting.
Nice to have
- 2+ years with Genesys eServices.
- 2+ years with Genesys Workforce Management.
- 2+ years with Genesys Agent Desktops (GAD and iWS).
- 2+ years with Genesys Info Mart and Interactive Insights.
- J2EE (Java, Servlets, JSP, EJB, JSF).
- .NET (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET).
- Relocation assistance available to the right candidate.
