What you will do

  • Lead the OCM workstream for corporate division split.
  • Develop change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Align OCM with SAP process changes and system transitions.
  • Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Identify change adoption risks and create mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare training and communication materials; monitor readiness and adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably in transformations or separations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced multinational environment.
  • Fluent English and strong, confident Spanish language skills mandatory.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of SAP-related process changes or implementations.
  • Experience in corporate restructuring, integrations, or carve-outs.
