DevOps Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and manage AWS environments for self-service web applications
• Validate and deploy software releases for large multi-locale IVR applications
• Write and execute SQL queries for application configuration changes
• Use Jenkins and Groovy scripting to collate and stage release files
• Troubleshoot system and network behavior using Unix commands

Requirements

• Experience with Amazon CloudWatch, EC2, Elastic Load Balancing, and CodePipeline
• Operations administration with Linux, MacOS, and Windows
• Networking concepts and troubleshooting
• Code repository and change management systems
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills

• Genesys Voice Platform (GVP)
• Speech-enabled IVR applications
