What you will do

• Develop media plans supporting clients' digital marketing programs.
• Lead strategy for programmatic vendors, new clients, and initiatives to increase digital reach.
• Conduct research, evaluate vendors, negotiate buys, and manage relationships.
• Prepare presentations, traffic campaigns, track performance, and optimize pacing, engagement, and placements.
• Report on campaign metrics with actionable recommendations and manage budgets.
• Collaborate on paid social, search, and other non-display initiatives.

Requirements

• 1+ years in paid media, emphasis on display and media buying/strategy.
• Experience with programmatic tactics: prospecting, retargeting, video.
• Strong communication, research, analytical skills; multitasking under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, paid social; knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM.
• Ad serving platforms like Google Campaign Manager; DSPs like DV360, Trade Desk.
• Google Ads and Analytics certifications; Bachelor's degree.
