What you will do

• Lead, manage, educate, and grow the intel team.
• Develop strategies for diverse clients across various fields.
• Improve internal practices for better efficiency and results.
• Participate in leadership meetings, set team goals and projections.
• Write creative briefs, facilitate brainstorms and sessions with stakeholders for digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with project management and other teams to align on strategic priorities.
• Manage external partner relationships, evaluate proposals for campaign executions.
• Stay current on digital trends (social, search, VR/AR) and share knowledge cross-departmentally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• 3+ years setting strategy in digital field.
• Experience with data and analytics tools for actionable insights.
• Team management experience.
• Campaign concepting and brand strategy experience.
• Data-first mentality to back recommendations.
• Ability to conduct/interpret research, build personas, customer journeys, and plans.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
