What you will do

• Maintain and improve systems for accounting financial transactions, including creating, editing, and reconciling invoices and payments.
• Collaborate with accounting firm for cohesive bookkeeping processes.
• Verify, allocate, and post transactions to subsidiary accounts and allocate revenue across departments.
• Work with Paid Media team to invoice, reconcile, and manage client spend allocation.
• Prepare financial reports by analyzing account information and trends; alert on past-due invoices.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide transparent invoicing experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles, best practices, and QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail, data entry skills, and ability to handle complexity.
• Proactive problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop standards, analyze information, and pursue data for clarity.
