TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (Blockchain): Engage with customers to design and implement tailored data analytics solutions for blockchain data needs with an accent on semantic translation, standardization across protocols, and read-optimized infrastructure. Focus on troubleshooting platform issues, gathering feedback for product improvements, and creating documentation for custom implementations.

Location: Remote from any geographical location with 2 hours overlap on NYC mornings (10am-12pm ET) Mon-Thu

What you will do

Engage with customers to understand blockchain data requirements and guide on platform usage.
Design and implement custom data analytics solutions like dashboards and reports for blockchain metrics.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for smooth platform operation.
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product/engineering teams on feature prioritization.
Create and maintain documentation for customer implementations.

Requirements

2 hours daily overlap on NYC time (10am-12pm ET Mon-Thu)
2-5 years in similar role, data engineering, or data analytics with customer solutions experience.
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related; Master's preferred.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript, and data analytics tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Solid understanding of blockchain technology and data structures.
