What you will do

• Inspire clients with visions for digital strategy and marketing campaigns
• Lead discovery to uncover consumer, competitive, and client insights
• Write creative briefs and facilitate brainstorms with stakeholders
• Communicate strategic recommendations to internal and external audiences
• Collaborate with teams like Project Management, Paid Media, UX, and Creative to align deliverables
• Define business goals, KPIs, and track initiative progress
• Support new business pitches with research and presentations
• Stay ahead of trends in websites, social, search, VR/AR, and share knowledge cross-departmentally

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience
• 3+ years setting strategy in digital field
• Experience with data/analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, social listening
• Skills in campaign concepting, brand strategy, primary/secondary research, user personas, customer journeys
• Data-first mentality using qualitative/quantitative data for insights and stories
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
