What you will do

• Own end-to-end product delivery from specification to production, focusing on backend-first implementation.
• Develop and maintain backend systems using Python, FastAPI, Postgres, and Redis.
• Implement product features with deep LLM integration, including voice agents and information extraction systems.
• Build pragmatic frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript to ensure full-stack feature completion.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete deliverables.
• Ensure system reliability by managing data integrity, error paths, and API evolution.

Requirements

• Proven track record of independently owning and shipping end-to-end product features.
• Strong technical depth in Python backend (FastAPI, async patterns, Postgres, Redis).
• Experience building products where LLM integration is a critical path.
• Proficiency in API design, data modeling, and JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend delivery.
• Ability to make pragmatic product trade-off decisions under ambiguity.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London.

Nice to have

• Experience with voice agents or real-time audio pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI evals, guardrails, or agent observability.
• Familiarity with GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in recruiting tech or marketplace matching systems.
