£70,000-£85,000 (depending on experience)

What you will do

• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to design and build valuable product features
• Work across the full stack with backend emphasis, writing clean, well-tested code
• Own significant parts of product architecture, propose and lead improvements
• Review code from other engineers and provide structured feedback
• Design engineering processes and patterns optimized for the team
• Monitor system performance and maintain uptime
• Design data schemas to meet business needs

Requirements

• Experience in both frontend (React) and backend (Python) development
• Experience taking products through development environments to production
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to integrate third-party APIs and tools
• Python backend experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
