What you will do

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to contribute to and maintain the hirify.global platform.
• Build responsive UI components and create serverless backend API endpoints.
• Pair with senior engineers to learn the codebase and professional development practices.
• Utilize AI tools and agents to accelerate learning and generate boilerplate code.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, code reviews, and regular 1:1 feedback sessions.

Requirements

• Ability to code in at least one programming language.
• Strong passion for creating solutions to solve user needs.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Must be based in or able to work from London.
• Interest in using AI tools as part of the programming workflow.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience working on personal or professional coding projects.
