What you will do

• Design and implement multi-step agentic workflows moving beyond simple RAG into reliable inference.
• Own the end-to-end product surface for critical systems, making product decisions and delivering across the stack.
• Translate consulting industry inefficiencies into high-impact product features.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders from OpenAI, McKinsey, and BCG to codify elite consulting tradecraft.
• Rapidly ship functional prototypes from vague user pain points in a high-velocity environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as an Individual Contributor.
• Deep technical proficiency in NextJS, TypeScript, and LLM frameworks (e.g., PydanticAI, LangGraph).
• Direct experience in the consulting industry, either as a former consultant or as part of an internal engineering team.
• Proven ability to prioritize iteration velocity and ship functional solutions quickly.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (King's Cross) 3-4 days per week.
