What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, supporting career growth through feedback and reviews.
• Drive technical direction, designing scalable architectures and championing best practices via code reviews and testing.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and drive process improvements.
• Contribute to engineering Community of Practice, sharing expertise organization-wide.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading teams and delivering complex software projects.
• Expertise in microservices architectures using Node.js, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and React.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, databases, and design patterns.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving skills.
