Technical Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of features for Wealth Management (trading, reporting, integrations) and Family Governance platforms.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, supporting sprint planning and Agile execution.
• Gather and structure requirements from business and operations stakeholders into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Map complex financial processes and governance workflows.
• Maintain structured documentation within JIRA and Confluence.
• Participate in client demos and workshops to translate user insights into actionable product improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Owner, or Business Analyst roles within FinTech, WealthTech, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience managing product delivery from requirements through to release using standard product frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of technical architecture to communicate effectively with engineering.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Slack, and analytics tools.
• Professional working proficiency in both English and Russian.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Refinitiv, or Bloomberg.
• Knowledge of financial workflows, including trading, reporting, and portfolio management.
• Familiarity with governance or succession-related concepts.
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) in daily professional workflows.
