Salary: $188,000 - $235,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead deployments of hirify.global platforms in classified and FedRAMP environments, handling bring-up, configuration, and validation.
• Serve as primary technical owner post-deployment, ensuring stability and operational excellence.
• Build and drive Joint Success Plans aligning platform adoption to customer objectives.
• Support FedRAMP compliance, ATO processes, and NIST controls.
• Accelerate time-to-value for mission workloads and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and influence product roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, or technical delivery in US Federal environments
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; Full Scope Polygraph preferred
• Demonstrated FedRAMP experience including ATO and continuous monitoring
• Strong foundation in AI infrastructure, edge compute, Kubernetes, GPUs, and cloud platforms
• Proven hands-on delivery and long-term technical relationship management skills
• Excellent communication in classified and executive settings

Nice to have

• FedRAMP Moderate/High direct experience
• DoD, Intelligence Community, or federal agency background
• Experience in disconnected or austere environments
• Scaling AI/compute from prototype to production
