TL;DR

Senior Forward Deploy Engineer (AI): Leading the end-to-end deployment of sovereign AI infrastructure including GPU clusters and edge data centers with an accent on platform bring-up and technical account ownership. Focus on accelerating time-to-value for customers in the Nordic region, ensuring operational reliability, and managing complex infrastructure across multiple sites.

Location: Must be based in Norway (Remote) with willingness to travel within the Nordic (ND8) region as required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment of hirify.global platforms including Atlas, Galleon, and Leviathan AI Factory.
• Own infrastructure bring-up, platform configuration, and production readiness validation across the ND8 region.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and owner for assigned customers post-go-live.
• Develop and drive Joint Success Plans (JSPs) to align platform adoption with customer business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve scaling risks and architectural gaps.
• Maintain compliance with GDPR-aligned data residency, privacy, and security expectations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, or forward-deployed engineering.
• Deep technical expertise across Linux, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU-accelerated compute.
• Proven ability to manage both hands-on delivery and long-term customer technical relationships.
• Experience supporting customers across multiple European countries.
• Willingness to travel within the Nordic region as required.
• Clear and confident communication style for executive and senior engineering audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with edge compute, modular data centers, or distributed infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI workloads, GPU clusters, and high-performance computing (HPC).
• Exposure to regulated, sovereign, or government-adjacent environments.
• Experience operating in Nordic or EU-regulated markets.
