What you will do
- Provide expert technical guidance to customers and sales on ’s products, proposing solutions for their challenges.
- Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on sales support, technical scoping, proposal development, and solution strategy.
- Build relationships with client stakeholders as a trusted advisor through thought leadership.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify product opportunities and enable sales teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, or related; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution architecture for technical products.
- Conceptual understanding of networking (IP, firewalls, SD-WAN, satellite/cellular like Starlink, LTE/5G).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization/containerization, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AI/ML infrastructure, connected devices, or data center systems.
- Willingness to travel, including international, as needed.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-starting in dynamic environments.
Nice to have
- Expertise in modular data centers, Azure Stack Edge, VMware, Docker, Kubernetes.
- AI/Edge AI (TensorFlow, PyTorch), asset management, IoT integration (REST APIs, WebSockets).
- Experience with MEDDPICC/Challenger Sale, MSPs, Telcos, Oil & Gas, Utilities, physical product sales/logistics.
