Location: Remote - Canada

Salary: $275,000 - $325,000 CAD (OTE, base + commission)

What you will do

• Drive technical strategy on complex deals with AEs and sales leadership.
• Lead discovery, solution design, POCs, competitive bake-offs, and stakeholder conviction.
• Advise engineering leaders on observability, operations, and software building.
• Design architectures and narratives for complex environments.
• Leverage AI tools, get hands-on with instrumentation, and unblock issues.
• Build scalable content, demos, workshops; collaborate across teams; mentor peers.

Requirements

• 7+ years pre-sales, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical experience in B2B SaaS, ideally enterprise
• Track record winning complex high-value deals with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with developer/SRE/engineering organizations; cloud, Kubernetes, distributed systems, observability, OpenTelemetry
• Hands-on coding fluency across languages/frameworks; POC ownership
• Collaborative mindset; point of view on observability/AI trends
• Willingness to travel ~20%; verify work eligibility – no visa sponsorship

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
