What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations and configuration of Workday Absence and Benefits modules.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Benefits, and Absence teams to identify and set up logic and eligibility criteria.
• Participate in module rollouts, enhancements, optimization projects, including Workday Time Tracking.
• Maintain system integrity via regular audits, data validations, and testing.
• Create and maintain business processes, condition rules, custom reports, and security roles.
• Handle end-user inquiries, provide training, and coordinate with IT for issue resolution and updates.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of Workday experience with hands-on configuration in Core HCM, Absence, Benefits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience with Workday reporting tools like custom reports and calculated fields.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.
