What you will do

• Develop sourcing strategies for offices in Netherlands, UK, Ukraine, and beyond, partnering with recruitment team.
• Master Boolean strings, X-Ray, and niche platforms to build high-quality talent pipelines.
• Evaluate initial cultural and professional fit, spark candidate interest, and manage recruitment database.
• Navigate Dutch, British, and Ukrainian markets while operating across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• 2-3 years proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment in international environment
• Expert in sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray, Boolean; curiosity for new platforms
• English B2/C1 level (high-level verbal and written non-negotiable)
• Based in Ukraine
• Strong affinity for AI-driven tools and automation in sourcing
• Self-management, analytical skills, and detail-oriented organization

• Experience in digital agency or consultancy
