What you will do

• Lead evaluation and execution of M&A, investments, and partnerships, developing investment theses and diligence priorities.
• Manage cross-functional diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and closing with Finance, Legal, and stakeholders.
• Prepare executive presentations and materials articulating deal rationale, financial impact, and recommendations.
• Drive stakeholder alignment on corporate priorities and investments.
• Champion strategic discipline, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Economics or related; MBA or PMP preferred
• 10+ years in corporate development, investment banking, PE, consulting with M&A experience
• Experience in public healthcare, medtech, digital health, or strategy consulting desired
• Expert financial modeling, valuation, and executive communication skills
• Strategic thinking, collaboration, and willingness to travel
