What you will do

• Lead workplace teams and vendors for operations across North American portfolio, including building operations, workplace experience, and project management.
• Build relationships with leadership and stakeholders, harmonizing strategies to support business objectives and local culture.
• Develop and execute regional real estate strategy, manage leases, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Curate workspaces with technology, design, amenities to attract talent and boost productivity.
• Ensure compliance, safety, sustainability, and support crisis management, construction, renovations, and M&A integrations.
• Hire, mentor, and develop talent while driving cost-effective improvements and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in leadership role in Facilities, Workplace/Office Management, or Corporate Services with multi-site experience.
• Proven experience leading distributed teams.
• Knowledge of Google/Microsoft tools, AutoCAD, real estate processes, space planning, construction standards.
• Strong project management, budget, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy, ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments.
• CFM, PMP, LEED or similar certifications as asset.
